The programme runs in over 40 countries with candidates initially applying at a regional level. The best then go on to a shortlist of 10 global finalists. The final candidates enter a global bootcamp where they are put through their paces before the winner is crowned.

The selected candidate gets
the chance to shadow Adecco’s CEO, Alain Dehaze for a month. Under his direct supervision they get a taste of running a company with over 34,000 employees. The experience is a fantastic opportunity to further their career – as well as receive a CEO’s monthly pay cheque!
